Aerial inspections

We´re specialized in inspections!  The hard-to-get locations, often inaccessible to men, are easy to inspect with our flying platform. We can eliminate the necessity of actual human presence while inspecting dangerous places which reduces the risk of injuries and significantly lowers the operating costs. The image from the ongoing inspection is transmitted live from the drone to the operator, and working with your staff, they are able to evaluate malfunctions and irregularities of the objects functioning. As a result it eliminates any potential risk of breakdown and saves time and resources.

The material is saved onboard the drone for further evaluation in thermal video/stills and if needed 4K video/high resulution stills.

Photo / Video

Before the drone age, the only way of taking aerial shots was hiring a huge crane or aerial photography from a balloon or a helicopter. These solutions are neither cheap nor mobile. Aerial video and photography from a drone creates spectacular shots especially of the inaccessible places which traditional aircrafts (planes, helicopters, powered hang gliders) cannot reach. The opportunity to broadcast live video from a drone during concerts, festivals, sport events or monitor natural disasters brings unprecedented possibilities for television and events’ filming crews. Our pilots are professionals and always follows the air law rules and our activities don’t jeopardize the safety of other people.

Any disadvantages?

  • Short flying time – We need to come back to the starting point every 15-25 minutes to switch battery. However, we have a lot of batteries as well as a mobile will keep us in the air for a long time.
  • Weather restrictions – We must not fly when the wind’s speed exceeds 10 m/s, when it’s raining or snowing.

Our equipment

Our system can be put into the air in seconds. The cameras are seamlessly integrated, giving it complete access to key features including the powerful Lightbridge video transmission system (providing up to 5 KM of HD range), full camera control and automated flight paths.

DJI Zenmuse Z30

The Zenmuse Z30 is the most powerful integrated aerial zoom camera on the market with 30x optical and 6x digital zoom for a total magnification up to 180x. Whether you are inspecting cell towers or wind turbines, it enables you to get a detailed look at structures, wires, modules and components to detect damage.

As a result of letting you conduct inspections from a distance without the need to fly close, not only is speed and efficiency of your operations increased but risk of collision is obviated.

DJI Matrice 210 RTK

The M210 series is our tool for professional, more precise, efficient and safe aerial data collection.
High-performance motors paired with 17-inch propellers ensure stable flight in strong winds.
The dual-battery power system automatically heats batteries when flying in sub-zero temperatures,
while an enclosed design ensures weather and water resistance, so we can fly in a wide range of environments.

With RTK — Real Time Kinematics — the system offers centimeter-accurate global positioning. RTK capability enhances the drones ability to collect data for surveying, photogrammetry and mapmaking. That makes the system especially useful in such applications as engineering, construction and mining.

DJI Zenmuse XT2

The thermal camera of choice is the Zenmuse XT2, developed by DJI and FLIR. By pairing the FLIR Tau 2 thermal sensor and 4K visual camera with DJI’s leading stabilization and machine intelligence technology, the XT2 quickly transforms aerial data into powerful insights that save time, money – and lives. It provides high-sensitivity (50mK) infrared scanning at 640/30 fps. This sensitivity provides accurate temperature measurements ideal for analytics and telemetry. Stabilized and controlled by a custom DJI gimbal, it provides smooth, clear imagery and 360 degrees of seamless rotational movement.
